This is not a seminar.
This is a leadership lab where participants engage in decision-making, teamwork, and problem-solving under real-world constraints.
Selected participants will also have the opportunity to present their ideas on the Global Stage, sharing their perspectives with an international audience.
Program Overview
Trailblaze Next Gen is a global leadership workshop that brings together ambitious young leaders from diverse backgrounds to explore leadership through real-world challenges.
The program focuses on developing practical leadership skills through collaborative learning, cultural context, and action-based experiences.
Participants will work in teams, engage with mentors and guest speakers, and explore how leadership can address complex global issues such as sustainability, social impact, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Trailblaze Next Gen believes leadership is not defined by titles, but by the ability to create meaningful impact through action.
Program Structure
Day 1
Context & Perspectives
Participants explore the theme of leadership through the lens of sustainability, culture, and global collaboration.
Day 2
Leadership Lab
Participants work in teams to analyze challenges, develop ideas, and apply leadership thinking through practical scenarios.
Day 3
Global Stage
Selected participants present their ideas and insights on the Global Stage, sharing their perspectives with mentors, peers, and invited guests.
Global Scholars
Trailblaze Next Gen welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds including students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and social impact leaders.
Participants are selected based on their curiosity, leadership mindset, and commitment to making meaningful contributions to their communities.
Throughout the program, scholars will collaborate with peers from different disciplines and cultures, creating a unique environment for learning, dialogue, and innovation.
Outstanding participants may also be selected as Global Speakers, earning the opportunity to present their ideas on the Global Stage.
Speakers and Mentors
Trailblaze Next Gen brings together a diverse group of mentors, guest speakers, and industry leaders who share their insights and experiences with participants.
Mentors guide discussions, challenge participants to think critically, and provide real-world perspectives on leadership, innovation, and sustainability.
Guest speakers may include leaders from academia, entrepreneurship, sustainability initiatives, and global organizations.
Their role is not only to inspire but also to engage participants in meaningful dialogue about the future of leadership.
