Selected participants may also have the opportunity to step onto the Global Stage and share their perspectives with an international audience.

Trailblaze Next Gen Thailand 2026 is a 3-day global leadership workshop designed for emerging leaders who want to learn through real-world challenges, not just theory.
Participants will work on real scenarios, collaborate with diverse peers, and engage in decision-making, problem-solving, and communication exercises across multiple contexts including leadership, sustainability, AI, and global perspectives.

Next Gen Speaker and Global Ambassador
Trailblaze Next Gen Thailand 2026 offers two distinct recognition opportunities: Next Gen Speaker and Global Ambassador, each selected at different stages of the program.
Next Gen Speaker is selected during the application and selection process.
Chosen participants will be announced prior to the program and will have the opportunity to present their ideas during the workshop. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong potential in thinking, communication, and leadership from the beginning.
Global Ambassador is selected at the end of the 3-day workshop.
One participant will be chosen based on overall performance, contribution, and leadership demonstrated throughout the program. This role recognizes individuals who actively engage, collaborate, and create meaningful impact during the workshop.
The Global Ambassador will represent Trailblaze Next Gen and may receive opportunities for future programs, collaborations, and continued involvement with the community.
Mentors
Trailblaze Next Gen brings together mentors, guest speakers, and industry leaders from diverse fields including leadership, communication, sustainability, AI, and global affairs.
Participants will gain exposure to multiple perspectives through keynote sessions, interactive discussions, and real-world dialogue with professionals who bring both strategic insight and practical experience.
